Controller
ABC Translation LLC, Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland (order@abc-office.ch) is responsible for processing your personal data on this website.
Data we collect
When you order: name, organisation, phone number, email address, chosen languages, preferred time and your comments. When you use the contact form: name, email, phone and message. Our server also records technical data (IP address, date, browser) for security purposes.
Purposes
We use your data only to provide the interpreting service (contacting an interpreter who will call you), to process the payment, to send you confirmations and receipts, to answer your requests and to meet our legal obligations.
Interpreters
To organise the session, we share your phone number, the languages and your comments with the interpreter assigned to the mission. Interpreters are bound by confidentiality. The content of the conversation is not recorded by us.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe may process data outside Switzerland under appropriate safeguards.
Emails are sent and stored through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Only technically necessary functions are used.
Retention
We keep order data as long as required by Swiss accounting law (10 years for accounting records) and other data only as long as necessary for the purpose.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to order@abc-office.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
